3. Cookies and local storage
By default this website sets no tracking cookies. The following items are used:

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) – loaded only after consent. Google Consent Mode v2 is used; without consent no analytics cookies are set. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) – loaded only when you open the map and allow external content.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Google Ireland Ltd.) – protects the contact form against spam. It is loaded when you start filling in the form and it processes your IP address and browser data. Use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Wistia (Wistia, Inc., USA) – hosts the product video in the DMR/TETRA section. When the video player loads, your IP address is transmitted to Wistia. Wistia Privacy Policy.
Fonts are hosted on our own server; no requests are sent to Google Fonts.
To be confirmed by the owner: whether data is transferred outside the EEA (Google and Wistia rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses) and the wording required by your legal counsel.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the applicable law changes. The current version is always available at this address.
